Data controller
IKIGAIT Advisory S.L.U. (hereinafter "IKIGAIT"), Tax ID (CIF) B88962972, registered address at Paseo de la Pollancreda, 19, 4th floor, door B, 08930 Sant Adrià de Besòs (Barcelona), Spain, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact email: hola@ikigait.com.
Data we collect
We collect data voluntarily provided by users through the contact form: full name, role, company, corporate email address and, optionally, a company phone number. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site traffic in an aggregated, anonymous way, without cookies or personal identifiers, and HubSpot CRM (free plan) to manage leads received through the contact form; if HubSpot's tracking script is enabled, it sets its own cookies (e.g. "hubspotutk") to recognise returning visitors. The form also tells us which channel you arrived through (a search engine, LinkedIn or a campaign, for example), which identifies nobody. We do not collect sensitive information.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used solely to respond to the contact request and manage the first step of a potential engagement. The legal basis is the user's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by submitting the form.
Data retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the request and any resulting commercial relationship. Once the relationship ends, data is deleted or blocked in accordance with applicable legal deadlines.
Your rights
Users may at any time exercise the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending an email to hola@ikigait.com with the subject "Data protection".
Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law. Data may be processed by email service providers acting as data processors under GDPR safeguards.
Data processors
We use the following data processors: Cloudflare, Inc. (aggregated, cookie-free web analytics), HubSpot, Inc. (lead management, CRM and the meeting calendar on the contact page, which only loads if you request it), Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Microsoft Clarity, anonymous heatmaps and session replays), LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn Insight Tag, campaign measurement) and Google LLC (Google Tag Manager, used to centrally manage the tags above, and Google Analytics, used to measure aggregated, statistical site usage). HubSpot and Google provide their services from the United States; this international data transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and LinkedIn cookies are only activated if the user consents via the cookie notice. See our Cookie policy, available at /en/cookies, for more details.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
Complaints
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the relevant supervisory authority in your country of residence.
