How we work
Understand first. Then solve.
We start with a short two or three week diagnosis: processes, systems, team and pending decisions. We come out with clear priorities, identified risks and an owner for each one. Not a report: a plan you can start on Monday.
And then we execute it with you. Almost always that means implementing properly something that already exists, tidying up the technology base or running a contained pilot. Sometimes, rarely, it means building custom software.
We do not leave when the plan is ready. We stay until the team is using it.
