Work that speaks for itself.

What we are working on and what has changed because of it, without the fluff.

Services groupAI strategy

Guiding leadership on how to approach AI.

Challenge

Leadership needed to decide how to approach the organisation's AI needs and how to meet them. The challenge was not the organisation or the licences: it was the strategy.

Approach

Strategic support for leadership from start to finish: defining the approach, configuring Microsoft 365 and Copilot, account management and adoption. Practical training on real business cases as a complement, so adoption reached the teams.

Outcome

Leadership with a defined AI strategy and an environment configured to execute it. Skills deployed across leadership teams and middle management, and a prioritised opportunity map as the foundation for the next improvement cycle.

Services groupIT audit & consulting

IT process audit: from incident emails to a professional service.

Challenge

The IT team handled incidents informally — no ticketing tool, no defined SLAs, no visibility for management. The organisation's growth made the model unsustainable.

Approach

A full audit and consultancy of the IT team's processes, working side by side with the team. It produced the improvements and proposals that were agreed, including professionalising service and incident management. The ITSM tool (service catalogue, SLAs, SSO, onboarding and offboarding) implemented those decisions, with training and post-launch support.

Outcome

A professional IT service, with processes agreed with the team itself and full management visibility. Faster incident resolution and improved employee experience.

Tourism & HospitalityClarity Sprint

Digitising visitor management, with the real process on the table.

Challenge

Visitor management and booking processes relied on scattered tools (Word, Outlook, standalone booking engine). High manual workload, inconsistent data and difficulty scaling operations.

Approach

A diagnostic down to the detail: we saw how each tool actually works in practice and spoke with every party involved, because each one moves part of the process. With the full map of tools and frictions, we evaluated CX platforms and built a business case with estimated ROI and a prioritised roadmap.

Outcome

An executive business case built on how the operation really works, not how it is supposed to work. Tool recommendation, financial estimate and clear roadmap: leadership has everything needed to decide on the investment.
